Some properties charge up to a 12% tax on top of their prices.  Most hotels charge  for each extra person per night .  All reservations require at least a $15 processing fee.  Any reservation that is on a Fri. or Sat. is a 2 night minimum.  All prices given are a nightly rate unless otherwise specified.  All rates and properties are subject to change without notice.   Due to the constant changes with the rental market in Rocky Point. This site provided by Fiesta Beach Travel is meant as a guide only and please remember that Rocky Point is a growing city, which means that with growth comes change. So you can count on changes with us as well, usually before we can post it on this site.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
This policy will be different from property to property.  Please call us for that policy or reference your Invoice or Confirmation letter.

ALL HOLIDAY cancellations are entirely NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of when the reservation is made. All US holidays and special peak dates are observed. SPRING BREAK (March 1 to 31) and Easter Week are ALSO considered holidays. Please call us if you are unsure about holiday periods.

Check out time is usually 11 AM. Check in time is after 4pm. Any damage to property caused by guests will be paid for by the guest. Efforts will be made to meet your special requests, however we cannot guarantee any particular room or level. No pets are allowed. Overnight visitors not registered at the properties front desk are not allowed in the unit at any time. If there is an extra person in the unit not previously registered you will be evicted without any refund or credit. The management reserves the right to terminate the lodging contract of guests if any of the police, sanitary or moral laws and regulations are violated. In such case, no refunds will be given, and you will be liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture.

Yes it is true that the above paragraph is pretty strict.  The problem is that there is just way too much demand for the amount of properties available.  All reservations ,right now, have to be paid in advance in order to secure your reservation.  As long as you have the "Confirmation Letter" issued by Fiesta Beach Travel, your reservation is Guaranteed.  If you have any questions about our or the policies of properties we represent please call us at 1-877-Go Rocky (1-877-467-6259).
