Once upon a time we gave a phone # out to a "difficult" person and they made a reservation directly, then when they arrived they didn't have a reservation and lost their money.  Needless to say that person called us for a refund because of the bogus deal.

We guarantee all our reservations, and the only way for us to do that is through us.
